We have established contacts with local tradesmen in the area that you choose who will assist you in the ongoing maintenance of your properties and the initial refurbishment/redecoration when you buy the property if necessary.

Terms & Conditions:
During the initial meeting we will agree on a course of action and you will be given an Agreement to sign which outlines the Terms & Conditions of our remuneration and allows us to act on your behalf.

If you have not made your mortgage arrangements yourself we will put you in touch with specialists who are able to provide finance for you. This applies to individuals or Limited Companies alike. For further information

Legal, Tax and Insurance advice:
We will put you in touch with our solicitors to advise you on your property purchase and deal with legal matters. For overseas clients we have established firms of solicitors with whom we deal on a regular basis and who are familiar with how we operate.
We will also put you in touch with our Tax Advisers who are Chartered and experienced in the buy-to-let property investment sector.
We will ensure that you have adequate Building & Landlords Fixtures & Fittings Insurance in place as required by the lender. We can also arrange for Loss of Income Insurance if required and Keyman cover.
